Slow-cooked Pork Ribs with Barbecue Sauce
Cooking guidelines from frozen:

Oven: remove all packaging and empty the contents into an ovenproof dish sauce side up and cover. Heat in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6, for 25 minutes. Remove the cover, baste and cook for a further 5-8 minutes until piping hot throughout. Carefully remove the dish from the oven, baste the ribs and serve.

Microwave: pierce pouch twice near the top. Place the pouch in a suitable microwavable dish ensuring the pouch is upright to prevent the sauce from escaping. Cook on full power for:

800W: 9 minutes
900W: 8 minutes

Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. After standing carefully open the pouch with scissors and empty the contents onto a plate, baste the ribs and serve.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Pork & Chorizo Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan on a medium temperature. When the pan is hot brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 9-10 minutes turning carefully, occasionally and searing all over. Don't press down whilst cooking as this can dry them out.

Remove from the pan when fully cooked, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest somewhere warm for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Chilli Beef Kofta
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: Carefully remove the koftas from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 10 minutes prior to cooking.

Pan fry: preheat a heavy based frying pan or ridged griddle pan, to a medium-high temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas. Cook the koftas for 8-9 minutes, turning frequently so you don't burn the spices.

Grill: remove the wooden skewers prior to cooking. Preheat the grill on a high temperature, brush a little oil directly onto the koftas. Place them on a baking sheet and cook on the middle shelf for 8-9 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.

Place the koftas on a rack, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.

Cumberland Sausage Spirals
Cooking guidelines from defrosted. Remove the skewered sausages from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature.

Preheat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a medium-high temperature. Brush the sausages with oil.

Sear for 3½-4 minutes per side. Place on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 2-3 minutes.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
Peri Peri Chicken Skewers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: allow product to defrost for at least 24 hours in the fridge.

Once fully defrosted remove all packaging and place onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Preheat grill on a medium setting and cook the skewers on the middle shelf for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked fully, turn halfway through cooking time.

Check the juices run clear when the thickest parts are pierced with a skewer, if not keep cooking for another minute and check again.

Wrap the handle of the skewers in a little foil to protect whilst cooking.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.

Dry Aged Steak Burger
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for at least 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan to a medium-high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.
