We have immediate vacancies for On-Call Sales Advisor role. These will be fixed term for 3 months to cover our busy Christmas and New Year period and into January 2021 and are temporary posts, with no guarantee of becoming permanent. They are zero hour roles based at either of our Contact Centres located within Inverurie. It is anticipated that full time hours (37.5 per week) may be offered over the opening hours of the Contact Centres which are listed below. The greater the flexibility individuals have of availability, the more chance of hours. However, there is no obligation of hours being offered and no obligation to accept hours offered.
Shifts will be offered where possible during the normal opening hours which currently are:
Monday – Friday 8 am – 8 pm*
Saturday - 9 am – 4 pm *
Sunday – 9 am – 4 pm *
(*there will be extended opening hours in November & December)
The role will involve answering calls and placing orders on our bespoke system, as well as offering advice and support to our customers on the range of Donald Russel products.
As the “voice” of Donald Russell, applicants should possess exceptional communication skills, with an ability to display confidence, patience, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations. Strong MS Office skills are essential, as is the ability to learn a bespoke IT package. Previous experience within a customer service environment would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given.
As this role involves processing financial transactions for our customers, all successful applicants will be required to undertake and successfully pass a basic Disclosure Scotland check.
