Donald Russell Delivery
Here at Donald Russell, we aim to provide you with the best quality and service possible. We use national couriers to deliver your order, which is professionally frozen at the peak of perfection at no extra charge then securely packed in our pioneering chilled boxes. This ensures you can enjoy restaurant quality produce, that’s been delivered direct to your door.
Standard delivery fee*
£5.00 standard delivery: all day delivery service, Tuesday - Saturday, to a single UK mainland, or Scottish island address (excluding ZE and HS postcode areas)
Free delivery on all orders containing products worth over £40 (excludes eco packaging and gift vouchers)
*standard delivery charge includes gross weight and packaging of order

Northern Ireland delivery
Due to challenges imposed by Brexit, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.
We remain hopeful that this situation will change in the near future, so that we can deliver to our valued customers in Northern Ireland once again.
Remote area delivery
Remote areas are: The Outer Hebrides, Shetland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and The Isles of Scilly
Minimum spend for an order sent to a remote area is £60.
For orders over £60, delivery to a remote area will cost £12.
Earliest delivery date (standard delivery)
We can deliver your order on any day that suits you, from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. The earliest delivery date available is usually no more than two working days from the date you place your order, and is often less, e.g:
- Next day delivery (certain postcodes): Order by 11.30am Monday - Friday, get your order the next day.
- Order after 11:30am on Monday, get your order on Wednesday.
- Order after 11:30am on Tuesday, get your order on Thursday.
Your order will be delivered on the date you choose, between 7.00am and 8.00pm. (the delivery window may be extended during peak times or by force majeure).
We can't give you an exact time for delivery, but we can ask the driver to leave it somewhere safe if you're out. Please provide instructions for the driver, such as a neighbour's address, or a safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage.
You can also arrange delivery to your workplace, or to a neighbour or friend if it's more convenient, at no extra charge.
