    Smoky BBQ Marinade

  • Ingredients
    • 3 tsp Smoked Paprika
    • ½ tsp dried Thyme
    • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1 tbsp Golden or Maple Syrup
    • 2 tbsp Lapsang Souchong tea
    • A generous grinding of Salt and Pepper
  • Method
    1. Because our meat is naturally tender, I've chosen non-vinegar based marinades. Only 30 minutes to an hour of marinating will be sufficient to infuse flavour.
    2. Combine all ingredients together and brush onto your beef, pork, lamb and chicken. This is particularly good on beef and chicken
