Our smoked mackerel are boneless and ready to eat for light lunches with salad or as part of a picnic. Fully flavoured with a lovely smokiness that tastes delicious.
It's a well know fact that we in Britain can get short on vitamin D during our long, dark winters. It's quite hard to get hold of in our diet, but one thing is packed full of it - oily fish. So eat your fill and banish those winter blues!
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove packaging and place on a baking tray.
Preheat grill to a low heat and cook for 3 mins on each side. Season to taste.
