Lightly smoked Haddock for a natural smoky flavour and tender flakes for a delicious texture. Add to fish pie or kedgeree for a delicious depth of flavour.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove fillets from packaging and rinse with water.
Place fillets in saucepan. Cover with milk and add peppercorns and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve as required.
Other methods include sauteing, steaming and oven bake.
