Smoked Haddock Fillets

- Locally landed Scottish haddock
- Undyed and lightly smoked
- Makes a delicious addition to fish pie or kedgeree
Price per kg:
- Smoked Haddock Fillet, boneless, skinless, in packs of 2, 180g per pack

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove fillets from packaging and rinse with water.
Place fillets in saucepan. Cover with milk and add peppercorns and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve as required.
Other methods include sauteing, steaming and oven bake.
