Lightly smoked Haddock for a natural smoky flavour, with tender flakes for a delicious texture. Add to fish pie or kedgeree for a wonderful richness of taste.
Our fish is caught wild in the cold waters of the North East Atlantic, and landed just 50 miles from us at Peterhead, Europe's premier white fish port.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove fillets from packaging and rinse with water.
Place fillets in saucepan. Cover with milk and add peppercorns and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve as required.
Other methods include sauteing, steaming and oven bake.
