Haddock (Melangrammus aeglefinus) (FISH) (98%), Water (1%), Salt (1%).
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove fillets from packaging and rinse with water.
Place fillets in saucepan. Cover with milk and add peppercorns and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve as required.
