Gently cook our carefully smoked haddock to bring natural flavours into your favourite fish dishes. Flaky fish with a big impact, fully prepared for cooking with no skin or bones.
 

Cooking Instructions:
 

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove fillets from packaging and rinse with water. Place fillets in saucepan. Cover with milk and add peppercorns and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and serve as required.
Other methods include sauteing, steaming and oven bake.
