Gently cook our carefully smoked haddock to bring natural flavours into your favourite fish dishes. Flaky fish with a big impact, fully prepared for cooking with no skin or bones.
Our fish is caught wild in the cold waters of the North East Atlantic, and landed just 50 miles from us at Peterhead, Europe's premier white fish port.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove fillets from packaging and rinse with water.
Place fillets in saucepan. Cover with milk and add peppercorns and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve as required.
Other methods include sauteing, steaming and oven bake.
