Fabulous Scottish salmon packed with flavour

Delicious flaky pink fillets of Scottish salmon, so tender and tasty. Cook in virtually any way including pan fry, grill, microwave or steam in as little as 5 minutes.
Our fish is caught wild in the cold waters of the North East Atlantic, and landed just 50 miles from us at Peterhead, Europe's premier white fish port.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove from outer packaging.
Place under a pre-heated medium grill 10-12 minutes, turning ocasionally.
Heat a non-stick frying pan until hot, add a little oil, add salmon to the pan.
Reduce to a medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Microwave (based on 750w):
Place on non-metallic plate and cover with clingfilm.
Cook on medium power for 1½ mins, turn and leave to stand for 1 minutes.
Cook on medium power for a further 1½ mins. Leave to stand for a minute.
Place in a steamer or on a plate, cover with foil.
Steam over a pan of boiling water for 12-15 minutes.
Place in an ovenproof dish and cover loosely with foil.
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 190°C/170°C/Gas 5 for 25 minutes.
Place in a saucepan and half cover with milk/water/wine/stock.
Cover and cook gently for 10-12 minutes.
