The rich flavours of liver with an intense beefy twist. Our Ox Liver is hand cut and fully prepared.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove slices from packaging and rinse in milk for 10 minutes. Remove from milk and pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat a large frying pan, brush oil directly onto the slices and season with salt and pepper. Cook on a medium heat for 45-60 seconds on each side. Remove from the pan, place on a pre-heated plate and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
