Cook from frozen only. Remove outer packaging and placer the meat loaf in its tray on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven 180 C / Fan 170 C / Gas 4 for 60-65 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to resat for 10 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid before slicing and serving. Remember, it will carve much better if not piping hot. This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption. Do not reheat once cooked.
