Sweet, juicy salmon fillets lightly brushed with honey and roasted for delicious flavour. Try them on their own or as a warm salad with a light mustard dressing.
Defrost in the fridge overnight.
Can be eaten hot or cold.
Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4.
Wrap salmon in tin foil or baking parchment and place on baking tray.
Cook for 8-12 minutes until heated throughout.
