• Ingredients
     
    • 1x C722 Confit Duck Leg
    • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
    • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
    • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • Method
     
    1. Heat the confit duck according to instructions.
    2. Remove the skin and bones, shred the meat between two forks and mix with the hoisin sauce.
    3. Heat your bao buns and fill with pulled duck meat, sliced red onion and coriander leaves.
