Our wild langoustines are traditionally creel-caught around the coastline of Scotland, and are legendary the world over for their fantastically sweet flavour. When it comes to cooking our fish, the first thing you notice is the firm, meaty texture, then the delicately clean, sweet flavour. That’s how you know it literally couldn’t be fresher unless you’d fished it yourself.
