    Crispy Mince Wraps


    Work up an appetite for these spicy mince tortilla wraps using any meat of your choice. Our mince wraps add a Mexican flavour in minutes.

    • Serves 2

    • Cooking time 15 mins
  • Ingredients
    • 220g Mince (can be beef, pork, lamb or veal)
    • 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 onion (finely diced
    • 1 red pepper (chopped)
    • 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
    • 20ml lime juice
    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
    • Tortilla wraps
    • Guacamole
  • Method
    1. Heat olive oil in a pan until hot and add Minced Steak, onion, red pepper, garlic, ground cumin, and chilli flakes.
    2. Fry until crispy, squeeze over the juice of half a lime, season to taste and take off the heat.
    3. Stir through coriander and pile onto soft tortilla wraps with a dollop of guacamole, and roll or fold to serve.
