This Christmas, savour a fabulous grass-fed, British Aberdeen Angus beef rib roast left on the bone and specially dry-aged for at least 35 days in our new Himalayan Salt dry-ageing chamber. Limited to only 200 pieces due to the time and effort that goes into them, these luxury roasts are hand cut by our four most experienced Butchers. You'll receive a numbered certificate signed by the Butcher who prepared it, all in an attractive presentation box.
