Place into a small bowl
Add the rapeseed oil and mix well
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and place into a second small bowl, mix in the lemon juice and chilli seeds, season with a little salt and black pepper
Mix the avocado with the chopped herb mixture and serve with your steaks
