Tender Scottish salmon and juicy king prawns, elegantly wrapped in a butter blend puff pastry with a deliciously smooth champagne crème. A luxury option for a special meal.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from frozen: Remove all packaging.

Preheat oven with a baking tray to 200°C / fan 180°C Fan/ gas 6.

Place the product onto the tray with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg to glaze, then place the tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 38-40 minutes.

Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
