• Ingredients
     
    • ¼ block butter, room temperature
    • 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1 dash lemon juice
    • 1 tsp chives, thinly sliced
    • 1 tsp tarragon, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp parsely, finely chopped
    • 1 pinch salt
  • Method
     
    1. Whisk together until light and smooth. While your steak is resting, dollop the butter on top generously and let it melt.
