Bursting with natural flavour, this delicious bacon is cured over two weeks with pure sea salt. Pan cook in minutes, with no added water. The perfect accompaniment to a hearty breakfast.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 

Defrost in a refrigerator thoroughly before cooking.
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat frying pan to medium.
Add bacon and fry for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway.
