Melt-in-the-mouth mackerel caught in the North-East Atlantic and smoked in Aberdeen, then coated in punchy cracked black pepper. A robust and exciting dish.

Cooking Instructions:

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: defrost in fridge overnight. Remove packaging and place on a baking tray.

Preheat grill to a low heat and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Season to taste.
