Soft and meltingly tender flesh of Mackerel, coated in punchy cracked black pepper for a robust and exciting flavour. Great for picnics and lunches, served warm or cold.


Cooking Instructions:

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove packaging and place on a baking tray.

Preheat grill to a low heat and cook for 3 mins on each side. Season to taste.
