Soft and meltingly tender fish flesh coated in punchy cracked black pepper for delicious flavours. Great for picnics and lunches, serve them warm or cold.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove packaging and place on a baking tray.
Preheat grill to a low heat and cook for 3 mins on each side. Season to taste.
