To Serve Cold
Defrost overnight in the fridge. Slice thinly and serve as cold cuts.
Or for a New York deli-style sandwich, pile onto rye bread, with Dijon mustard and sliced dill pickle.
To Serve Hot
Defrost overnight in the fridge, put the defrosted meat in a casserole dish, along with juices from the bag to keep it moist, cover and heat in the oven at 160°C / Fan 150°C / Gas 3 for 30-35 minutes.
Or slice and sparingly layer the slices in deep baking tray, heat in the same way as for the whole Salt Beef, but for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
