Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines:
Remove all packaging

From frozen:
Combination of par-boiling and frying or grilling.
Carefully add the sausages to simmering water and poach for 3 minutes, drain and pat dry.
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.
Preheat a frying pan or grill, to a high heat.
Lightly oil the sausages, cook and colour for 2 1/2 -3 minutes.

From defrosted: Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Cook on a high heat for 4 1/2 -5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill:
Preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -41/2 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Filled into natural sheep casings.
