Intense, succulent British Lamb Saddle Steak, expertly prepared for deeper flavour and easy carving.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from defrosted. Remove steak from outer packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper. Allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7

Pre heat a heavy based frying pan to a medium to high setting, add a little oil and sear the steak all over for 3-4 minutes.

Place the seared steak onto a baking tray with a wire rack and cook in the centre of the preheated oven for.

Medium 14 - 16 minutes
Well-done 20-22 minutes


Remove from oven and allow to rest somewhere warm for 5 minutes before serving
