Crafted by our skilled butchers at Donald Russell, this special edition rack of tender British lamb has been expertly French-trimmed and marinated with an exquisite blend of Asian-inspired spices. As you thaw it, the mouthwatering flavours will gradually infuse, creating a tantalising sensation that will awaken your taste buds.

Preheat oven to 230°C / fan 210°C / gas 8.

Carefully remove the rack from its packaging, place it with the back fat facing up into a shallow roasting tin lined with greaseproof paper. Pour over any remaining marinade from the pack and allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes.

Baste again, with any spare marinade that may have dripped off the rack. just before putting into the oven.

Place uncovered into the centre of the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes then reduce the oven temperature to 160°C.

Cook to your liking following the recommended times:

Medium: 14-16 minutes
Well done: 20-22 minutes

Remove from the oven and leave to rest in a warm place for at least 10 minutes.
