Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
Place the Mackerel Fillets onto a square of aluminum foil, smear with butter and pour over the lemon juice.
Fold the foil together at the top and crimp around the edges to make a sealed parcel. Place on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and gently transfer the Mackerel Fillets to a hot plate.
Serve on a bed of tagliatelle and pour over lemon and chive sauce or serve on top of creamy mashed potatoes with rocket.
