Slow Cooked Half Chicken with Lemon & Herbs
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish, placing chicken skin side up.

Oven:

Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:

50-55 minutes from frozen
35-40 minutes from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W.

Loosely cover and heat for:

13-14 minutes from frozen
7-8 minutes from defrosted

Stir/baste halfway through cooking time (either method).
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Do not reheat.
Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder in Mint & Rosemary

Open packaging, set aside separate sauce sachet, and empty all other contents into a heatproof dish.

Oven:

Preheat to 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 and heat covered for:
45 -50 minutes from frozen
30 - 35 minutes from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W.

Loosely cover and heat for: 8 - 9 minutes from frozen
5 -6 minutes from defrosted

Remove from the oven or microwave and drain off excess cooking liquor.
Pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat.
Return to heat for a further: 5-8 minutes in the oven or 2 minutes in the microwave.
Ensure meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
