Delicate white fish, wild from the North-East Atlantic, best enjoyed pan fried with butter and fresh lemon juice.
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.
Quickly rinse the fillets in cold water and then pat dry.
Coat the fillets lightly in seasoned flour, dust off any excess.
Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium heat, add a little oil the pan.
When the oil is hot cook the fish for 2 minutes until golden, then flip over and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes.
When the second side is golden, and the fish is cooked pop the fillets onto a warm plate.
In the same pan add a little butter and cook until nut brown. Stir in a squeeze of lemon juice and some freshly chopped parsley then spoon over the fish.
