Cooking Instructions:
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Quickly rinse the fillets in cold water and then pat dry.

Coat the fillets lightly in seasoned flour, dust off any excess.

Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium heat, add a little oil the pan.

When the oil is hot cook the fish for 2 minutes until golden, then flip over and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes.

When the second side is golden, and the fish is cooked pop the fillets onto a warm plate.

In the same pan add a little butter and cook until nut brown. Stir in a squeeze of lemon juice and some freshly chopped parsley then spoon over the fish.
