White Wine marinated Pork Loin Steaks

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Pork Loin Steaks
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tsp sea salt

METHOD

  1. Crush the peppercorns and chop the rosemary, mix this with the olive oil and white wine.
  2. Rinse the Pork Loin steaks under cold running water, pat dry with kitchen paper and place in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high and bring the Loin Steaks to room temperature.
  4. Remove the Pork Loin Steaks from the marinade and rub each one with sea salt. Grill each Loin Steak for 4-5 minutes on each side and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with baked potatoes and salad.
