Our Pork, Porchetta & Smoked Bacon Sausage Rolls and Pork, Cheese & Pickle Sausage Rolls are handmade with our own sausagemeat and the addition of premium flavours. For luxury sausages, try our classic Butcher's Pork Sausages, handmade to be extra juicy  and packed with flavour, or our Chipotle & Cheese Pork Sausages, with creamy British cheddar and spicy chipotle chilli - bangers with a bang. We've elevated the humble hot dog to new heights with our Luxury Hot Dog, perfect for a premium barbecue treat.

We've added rich bone marrow to our 100% British beef for an unbelievably rich burger, and a delicious mix of spices to our British lamb for tasty Lamb Koftas. Marinade our British Pork Chops with your favourite flavours and grill to perfection inside our out.

Our Scottish Smoked Salmon is tender and full of the delicate flavour you expect from one of the country's most delicious delicacies.

Pork, Porchetta & Smoked Bacon Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging and place the sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with a beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for:

From defrosted: 23-25 minutes
From frozen: 30-35 minutes

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.

Pork, Cheese & Pickle Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging and place the sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Butcher's Pork Sausages
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Grill for 14-18 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout.

Chipotle & Cheese Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack, brush lightly with oil and cook for 14-18 minutes, turning occasionally.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Pork & Apple Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium-high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil and season lightly.

Cook the burgers for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Lamb Koftas
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 10 minutes before cooking, remove the koftas from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature.

Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas.

Cook the koftas for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Place the koftas on a rack, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Luxury Hot Dogs
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning carefully occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack, brush lightly with oil and cook for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Luxury Bone Marrow Burger
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burger from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil. Cook the burger for 11-12 minutes turning occasionally. Don't press down whilst cooking as this can dry them out.

Remove from the pan when fully cooked, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest somewhere warm for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Pork Chop,(bone-in)
Preheat a large, heavy based frying pan over a medium heat and cook the chops for 4-5 minutes without touching, then turn and cook for the same length of time on the other side.

Remove the Chops and rest them in a warm place for 5 minutes.
Scottish Smoked Salmon D-Sliced
Preparation instructions: defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.

Serving suggestion: season the salmon with a little cracked black pepper, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and scatter some fresh rocket leaves and shaved slivers of parmesan cheese over the top. Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal, for a delicious starter or light meal.
