Simply flash-fry these dainty, hand cut strips of venison for 1-2 minutes and rest for the same amount of time - couldn't be simpler!
For best results, defrost fully for a min of 7 hours. Remove all packaging and gently pat dry. Heat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium high heat add a small amount of oil, add the strips and quickly seal all over by mixing gently in the pan for 1-2 mins, finish with a knob of butter, then tip out onto a warm plate and rest briefly. Leave to rest for 1-2 Minutes. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooked.
