Velvety Scottish salmon with a feathery edge of dill - unusually, we lightly smoke ours after its time curing in sugar and spices. This softens the flavours of the salmon and its traditional Nordic cure, making for an extra mellow, luxurious finish.


Cooking Instructions:

Defrost in fridge overnight. The product is ready to eat cold.
