Cooking Instructions:
 
Turkey Breast Joint (Boneless)
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator for 48 hours before cooking.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.
Take the defrosted turkey from the fridge one hour before cooking.
Pre-heat the oven to 190°C / fan 170°C / gas 5.
Weigh and place turkey in a roasting tray, brush with butter season and cover loosely with foil.
Roast for 50 minutes per kilo, basting occasionally.
20 minutes before the end, remove foil and return to the oven until the juices at the thickest part run clear, or the centre reaches 75°c Allow to rest at room temperature, loosely covered with foil, for 30 minutes.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Buttery Mashed Potato
MICROWAVE: based on 800 Watt. Pierce the film lid and cook until piping hot

from frozen: 4-5 minutes,
from defrosted: 3-4 minutes.

Stir the melted butter carefully through the potatoes before serving.
OVEN: pierce film and place tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 5 until piping hot

from frozen: 25-30 minutes,
from defrosted: 15-20 minutes.

Pork Sausage meat
Remove outer packaging. Cook the product in its original tray. Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 4. From defrosted: 45-50 minFrom Frozen: 60-65 minutesRemove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. This product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
Honey Roast Parsnips
For best results cook from frozen in the oven.
OVEN: Remove film and place tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in preheated oven at 210°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 until piping hot for:

From Frozen: 30-35 minutes
From Defrosted: 22-25 minutes

Stir before serving.

MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce film and cook until piping hot:

From Frozen: 4 - 5 minutes
From Defrosted: 3 - 4 minutes

Stir before serving.
Please Note: Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot as a side dish to your favourite roasted meat especially good with beef.
Pork Chipolatas
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.
Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Cook on a high heat for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 5½ -6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Traditional Turkey Gravy
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:

Hob: decant contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently over a medium heat.
Stir occasionally until piping hot, serve immediately.

Microwave: based on 900W, on a medium setting.
Decant contents into a microwaveable dish, cover loosely and cook for 6 minutes until piping hot.
Stir well and serve immediately.

pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into natural sheep casings.

Buttery Mashed Potato
Potato (65%), single cream (22%) (MILK), butter (13%) (MILK), salt, ground nutmeg.

Honey Roast Parsnips
Parsnips (89%), Honey (8%), Salt, Garlic Puree, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Rosemary, Cracked Black Pepper.

Pork Sausagemeat
