Our yellowfin Tuna Loin Steaks are caught in the Pacific Ocean. With their meaty texture and distinct flavour, they make for a light and tasty meal while also being a great source protein and Omega 3.
Chef's tip: Best seared quickly on the outside and left rare on the inside.
Preheat a heavy based griddle or frying pan over a medium to high heat, lightly oil the tuna then add to the pan and sear for 2-4 minutes per side.
Size and thickness of the steaks may vary slightly, adjust timings accordingly.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
