Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging and place the joint onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 210°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for:
From defrosted: 55-60 minutes
From frozen: 70-72 minutes
Remove from the oven once fully cooked and piping hot throughout and allow to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
