Cooking Instructions:
 
Aberdeen Angus Burger
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 20 minutes before cooking, remove the burgers from the packaging and allow them to come to room temperature.

Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature.

Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 4½-5 minutes per side, turning only once. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Seasoned Beef Burgers

Chipotle & Cheese Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 9 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 9 minutes, turning occasionally.

Jumbo Pork Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes, turn occasionally.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Free-range Chicken Mini Fillets
These neat little fillets are called 'Goujons' in French.

The meat is from the underside of the breast, extremely tender and succulent.

They cook in a flash, simply sear in a hot pan for 1-1½ minutes per side, remove and allow to rest for a few minutes.

Serve with fresh vegetables or a salad.

Thin Cut Sirloin Steak
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the steak from its packaging and sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Preheat a large heavy based frying pan over a high heat.

Pat the steak lightly with kitchen paper, then brush with oil. Cook to your liking following the recommended times.

Rare: 1 minute, turning only once, rest for 2-3 minutes
Medium: 1½ minutes turning only once, rest for 2-3 minutes
Well Done: 3 minutes turning only once, rest for 1-2 minute

Remove from the pan, keep warm and leave to rest for the recommended time.
Pork Shoulder Steaks
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove steaks from packaging. Preheat a frying pan or griddle pan.

Add a little oil to the pan or brush oil directly onto the steaks to avoid using too much.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place steaks into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes without touching.

Turn your steaks and continue to cook for further 2-3 minutes.

Remove steaks from the pan.

Place steaks on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Seasoned Beef Burgers
Beef (74%), EGG, rice flakes, water, diced onion, salt, parsley, ground black pepper.

Jumbo Pork Sausages
pork (80%), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate). Filled into natural pork casings.

Chipotle & Cheese Sausages
Pork (70%), cheese (13%) (MILK), water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dextrose, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate), chipotle chili flakes, paprika, mild chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper.
