All the award-winning flavour and juicy succulence of our best-selling Ribeye Steaks, cut that little bit thinner. A delicious way to enjoy top quality meat in smaller portions.
Pat lightly with kitchen paper. Heat a large heavy based frying pan, over a high heat. Brush the steaks with oil. Cook to your liking following the recommended times -
Rare: 1 minute, turning only once, rest for 3 minutes
Medium: 1½ minutes turning only once, rest for 2 minutes
Well Done: 3 minutes turning only once, rest for 1 minute
Remove from the pan, keep warm and leave to rest for the recommended time.
