Sweet, tender Pork Loin Steaks, hand-prepared from British pork. Fry briefly and serve with a crisp salad for a delicious midweek meal.


Cooking Instructions:
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove steaks from the packaging and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan or griddle pan on a medium setting. Add a little oil to the pan. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Place into the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Remove steaks from the pan and allow to rest somewhere warm for 1-2 minutes before serving.

This product must be cooked fully before eating.
