Juicy pork shoulder steaks, prepared by hand with our exclusive porchetta seasoning. Delicious with rice for a fresh-tasting summer meal.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove steaks from the packaging and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan or griddle pan on a medium setting. Add a little oil to the pan.

Place steaks into the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Remove steaks from the pan and allow to rest somewhere warm for 2-3 minutes before serving.

This product must be cooked fully before consumption.
