Cooking Instructions:
 
Deep Filled Mature Cheddar & Onion Quiche
Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove quiche from outer packaging but leave within the foil.

Preheat the oven with a baking tray to 140°C fan / gas 3. Place the quiche onto the preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 70-80 minutes until the liquid is set and piping hot.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Vegetable Pakoras
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4. Remove all packaging.

Place the pakoras onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 17-19 minutes. Remove from the oven once hot throughout.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Spinach & Feta Falafels with Lemon Dip
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5. Remove dip from packaging and set aside.

Place the falafels onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Carefully turn halfway through heating time.

Remove the falafels from the oven when hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Dip (based on 800W microwave): pierce film, place dip pot on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove the dip from the microwave. Allow to stand for 30 seconds and stir well before serving. Care should be taken when removing film as steam may escape.

Bang Bang Cauliflower with Tamarind Dip
Heating guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4. Remove all packaging and set dip aside.

Place the cauliflower onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 12-14 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven once hot throughout. Stir dip before serving.

Vegetable Samosas
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove all packaging.

Place the samosas onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 15-17 minutes. Remove from the oven once hot throughout.
