Pork, Bacon & Cranberry Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging and place the sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with a beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6:

From defrosted: for 23-25 minutes
From frozen: for 30-35 minutes

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden.

Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Pork Cocktail Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 4½ -5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -4½ minutes, turning occasionally.

Crispy Chicken Bites with Kapitan Dip
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5.

Remove dip from packaging and set aside. Place the chicken bites onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes.

Remove the bites from the oven when hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute, dab on kitchen paper then serve.

Dip (based on 800W microwave): pierce film, place dip pot on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove the dip from the microwave. Allow to stand for 30 seconds and stir well before serving. Care should be taken when removing film as steam may escape.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Scottish Shortbread Mince Pies
Heating guidelines from defrosted: to thaw the mince pies remove them from the packaging and stand on a wire rack at room temperature for an hour.

Preheat oven 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Place pies on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes. Leave to stand for 3 minutes.

Once defrosted, can be eaten cold or warmed.
Salt Beef
To serve cold: defrost overnight in the fridge. Slice thinly and serve as cold cuts. Or for a New York deli-style sandwich, pile onto rye bread, with Dijon mustard and sliced dill pickle.

To serve hot: defrost overnight in the fridge, put the defrosted meat in a casserole dish, along with the juices from the bag to keep it moist, cover and heat in the oven at 160°C / fan 150°C / gas 3 for 30-35 minutes. Or slice and sparingly layer the slices in a deep baking tray, heat in the same way as for the whole Salt Beef, but for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
Scottish Smoked Salmon with Malt Whisky
To enjoy smoked salmon at its best remove from fridge 10 minutes before separating the slices and serving.

Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal for a delicious starter or light meal.
Vegetable Samosas
Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove all packaging.

Place the samosas onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 15-17 minutes. Remove from the oven once hot throughout.

Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4. Remove all packaging.

Place the pakoras onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 17-19 minutes. Remove from the oven once hot throughout.
