Cooking Instructions:
 
Slow-Cooked FR Turkey Crown with Gravy
Cooking guidelines: Leave the product for 20 minutes at room temperature in its bag prior to roasting.

Remove all packaging and place skin side up, with all the gravy into a deep ceramic roasting dish (approx, 26cm x 20cm).

Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7 for:

45 - 50 minutes from defrosted
60 - 65 minutes from frozen

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes.

Do not reheat once cooked.

To serve, neatly carve each breast off the breastbone, before cutting into slices on the board. Decant the gravy into a warmed gravy boat for pouring at the table.

Chef's Tip: If you want to give your gravy an extra hint of Christmas, add a cinnamon stick, star anise, cranberries, clementine zest or a dash of port wine, etc.
Pork, Sage & Onion Stuffing
Cooking guidelines: for best results cook from frozen in the oven. Remove film.

Cook the product in its original tray. Preheat oven to 180°C / fan 170°C / gas 4. Place the tray on a baking tray and cook for:

From frozen: 63-65 minutes
From defrosted: 45-48 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 -10 minutes before serving.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.

Oven: preheat oven to 200°C / 190°C fan / gas 6. Place sausages on a baking tray and cook for 12-16 minutes until crisp. Turn occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 12-16 minutes until crisp. Turn occasionally.

Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta & Black Pepper
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 210°C / fan 200°C / gas 7. Remove film.

Place tray onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-32 minutes. Stir halfway through the cooking time.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout and stir before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Goose Fat Roast Potatoes with Rosemary Butter
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven with a tray inside to 210°C / fan 200°C / gas 7. Remove film.

Carefully place the potatoes on to the preheated tray in a single layer and cook in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Gently turn the potatoes halfway through cooking time to ensure an even crispness.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Carrot & Parsnip Mash
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: Microwave (based on 750W): remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid.

cook for 3 minutes and stir thoroughly, leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.

Oven: remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid. Place the container onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 190°C / gas 5 for 20-25 minutes. Stir and serve.

Rich Chocolate Ganache Tart
Remove from box and defrost for approximately 8 to 10 hours in fridge or 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.

Once defrosted, keep refrigerated, do not re-freeze and consume within 72 hours.

Chef's tip: portion with a warmed serrated knife, once the tart is semi-freddo for a neat presentation.
