Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls

Remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for:

From defrosted: 23-25 minutes until golden.

From frozen: 30-35 minutes until golden.

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.


King Prawns in Filo Pastry

Cooking guidelines from frozen: this product contains raw prawns & must be cooked thoroughly.

Deep fry: preheat the oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Oven: preheat oven to 220°C / 200° fan / gas 7. Place prawns on a preheated baking tray and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.


Pork, Porchetta & Smoked Bacon Sausage Rolls

Remove all packaging and place the sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry with a beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6:

Lancashire Cheese & Plum Parcels

Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Remove all packaging.

Place the parcels onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove the parcels from the oven when crisp and hot throughout.


Salt & Pepper Chicken with Sweet Chilli Dip

Heating guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4. Remove all packaging and set dip aside. Place the bites onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 11-12 minutes.

Turn once halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven once hot throughout.

Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir dip before serving.


Spinach & Feta Falafels with Lemon Dip

Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5. Remove dip from packaging and set aside.

Place the falafels onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Carefully turn halfway through heating time. Remove the falafels from the oven when hot throughout and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Lemon Dip (based on 800W microwave): Pierce film, place dip pot on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove the dip from the microwave. Allow to stand for 30 seconds and stir well before serving. Care should be taken when removing film as steam may escape.


Thai Spring Rolls with Sweet Chilli Dip

Heating guidelines from frozen: preheat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5. Remove dip from packaging and set aside. Place the spring rolls onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 20-22 minutes.

Remove the spring rolls from the oven when crispy and hot throughout allow to stand for 1-2 minute, dab on kitchen paper then serve.

Scottish Smoked Salmon with Black Pepper

To ejoy smoked salmon at its best remove from fridge 10 minutes before separating the slices and serving.

Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal for a delicious starter or light meal.


Pork Cocktail Sausages

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a high heat for 4« -5 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill: preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -4« minutes, turning occasionally.
