Whether you're looking for a tasty centrepiece for the vegetarian in your family or wanting something different this Christmas, our new galette is bursting with the sweet flavours of fresh vegetables including sweet potato, spinach, red peppers and a red onion marmalade. All in a rich, all-butter puff pastry and topped with a golden crumble topping.

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat the oven with a flat baking tray inside to 200°C fan / gas 7. Remove packaging.

Lightly oil the preheated tray then carefully place the Galette on it, return it to the centre of your oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Turn the oven down to 180°C and cook for a further 30-35 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
