Surf ‘n’ turf - a classic combination that shouldn’t work, but definitely does! Combine two of our award-winning, grass-fed, British Ribeye Steaks, matured for at least 28 days for the fullest flavour, with a pack of our Whole King Prawns. Ready to cook and serve with fries, some vegetables and an ice-cold glass of your favourite beer.

Cooking Instructions:
 
Ribeye Steak
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the steak from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat. Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times.

Rare: 1-2 minutes per side, rest for 6 minutes
Medium: 3 minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Well Done: 4-5 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute

Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
Whole Raw Peeled King Prawns
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove prawns from packaging, rinse quickly in cold water, drain well and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Preheat a heavy-based non stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add a little oil to the pan. Fry the prawns for approximately 3-4 minute until fully cooked through. Turning occasionally

Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
