Cooking Instructions:
 
Sticky Pork Ribs
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging and place bone side down onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.

Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C / fan 180°C / gas 4 for: 35-40 minutes

from defrosted
50-55 minutes from frozen

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure the product is piping hot through out.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Pork Sausages
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Grill for 14-18 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

Luxury Hot Dogs
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning carefully occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack, brush lightly with oil and cook for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Chimichurri Steak Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium-high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil and season lightly. Cook the burgers for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out. Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 20 minutes before cooking, remove the burgers from the packaging and allow them to come to room temperature.

Lamb Koftas
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 10 minutes before cooking, remove the koftas from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature.

Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas.

Cook the koftas for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Place the koftas on a rack, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Skinny Fries
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging. Spread the fries out evenly on to a baking tray and place in the centre of a preheated oven 200°C / gas 7 and cook for:

14-16 minutes from frozen
12-14 minutes from defrosted

Carefully turn the fries halfway through cooking. Once cooked season and serve.

Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging. Place onion rings on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas mark 6 and cook for:

From frozen: 20-22 minutes
