Cooking Instructions:
 
Pavé Rump Steak
Remove the chop from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat.
Cook the chops to your liking following the recommended times.

Well Done: 4-5 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute

Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
Marinated Pork Chop
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
Remove all packaging.
Preheat a frying pan or ridged griddle pan.
Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the chops to avoid using too much.
Place the chops into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes without touching.
Turn your chops and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Remove the chops from the pan.
Place the chops on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Lamb Loin Chop
Remove the meat from its packaging, allow the meat to come to room temperature for 20 minutes, patting dry with kitchen paper.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a high heat.
Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times.

Medium: 3 minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Well Done: 4-5 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute

Remove from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest in a warm place for the recommended time.
Barnsley Lamb Chop
Defrost in fridge overnight.
Remove meat from packaging and allow to come to room temperature.
Preheat a large frying pan.
Brush oil directly onto the sliced and season with salt and pepper.
Cook on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove from the pan, place on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
