Generous chunks of juicy pollock and plump king prawns with spinach in a spicy coconut sauce. With hints of lemongrass and tamarind for a light, fresh Asian flavour.
Pierce film and cook until piping hot for;
Frozen: 6-8 minutes
Defrosted: 3-4 minutes.
Oven: place the product on a baking tray, pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4
Frozen: 30-35 minutes
Defrosted: 18-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir before serving.
