Cooking Instructions:
 
Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce
Cooking guidelines from frozen:

Oven: remove all packaging and empty the contents into an ovenproof dish sauce side up and cover.

Heat in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C /gas 6, for 25 minutes.

Remove the cover, baste and cook for a further 5-8 minutes until piping hot throughout.

Carefully remove the dish from the oven, baste the ribs and serve.

Microwave: Pierce pouch twice near the top. Place the pouch in a suitable microwavable dish ensuring the pouch is upright to prevent the sauce from escaping.

Cook on full power for 9 minutes (800W), 8 minutes (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

After standing carefully open the pouch with scissors and empty the contents onto a plate, baste the ribs and serve.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Jumbo Pork Sausages
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes, turn occasionally.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Pork Sausages
Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.

Pan fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 18-20 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

Grill: preheat grill to medium. Grill for 14-18 minutes from defrosted, turning occasionally.

Classic Seasoned Steak Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preheat a heavy based frying pan, to a medium- high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Seasoned Beef Burgers
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: about 20 minutes before cooking, remove the burgers from the packaging and allow them to come to room temperature.

Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium-high temperature. Brush each side of the burger with a little oil.

Cook the burgers for 5 minutes per side, turning only once. Don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out.

Place the burgers on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Mini Artisan Sausage Rolls
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden.

Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.

Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 6 for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Chef's tip: Do spread them well on a baking tray, they grow!

Alpine Fries
Cooking guidelines: for best results, cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging before cooking.

Pan fry: preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat, place Alpine Fries in carefully and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Turn regularly during cooking.

Chef's tip: pan fry your Alpine Fries in the juices left in your steak pan while your steak is resting! If it was a leaner steak, like fillet or rump, add a splash more oil to ensure there is enough.

Oven: place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 190°C / gas 5 for 13-15 minutes.

Deep fry: in preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes.

Cooking guidelines: remove all packaging. Place onion rings on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas mark 6 and cook for:
