Spice up your party with these smoky chipotle classics. Our classic pork cocktail sausages with an added chilli heat.
All our sausages are made right here in our butchery. I personally develop and taste-test each classic recipe to ensure every hand made sausage is juicy and delicious.
Remove all packaging
Combination of par-boiling and frying or grilling.
Carefully add the sausages to simmering water and poach for 3 minutes, drain and pat dry.
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.
Preheat a frying pan or grill, to a high heat.
Lightly oil the sausages, cook and colour for 2½-3 minutes.
From defrosted: Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Cook on a high heat for 4½ -5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill to a high heat, lightly oil the sausages and cook on the top shelf for 4 -4½ minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
