Expertly blended lamb and pork bring succulence to these kebabs. They are seasoned with specially selected herbs and spices. Our skilled butchers make each one by hand, perfect for BBQs.
Defrost koftas in their packaging for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator. Ensure product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
Remove product from packaging, pre-heat a frying/griddle pan. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas.
Place koftas into the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on a medium heat, turn regularly, remove from pan.
Place on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
