Defrost koftas in their packaging for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator. Ensure product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Remove product from packaging, pre-heat a frying/griddle pan. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas. Place koftas into the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on a medium heat, turn regularly, remove from pan. Place on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 mionutes before serving.
