Sweet, tender chantenay carrots with butter and warming star anise.

 

Cooking Instructions:
 
Cooking guidelines: for best results cook from frozen in the oven.

Oven: remove film and place tray onto a baking tray. Cook in preheated oven at 210ºC / fan 200ºC / gas 7 until piping hot for:

From frozen: 45-52 minutes
From defrosted: 33-37 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Microwave (based on 800W): pierce film and cook until piping hot:

From frozen: 4-5½ minutes
From defrosted: 4½ - 6 minutes

Stir before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
